What is Forex? Forex knowledge for beginner

I will not talk about forex detailed. In this step I would talk about forex as a beginner. Before, I don’t know about forex and ask to some friends the meanings of forex, how to join forex, and how to start forex currency trading and benefits of forex currency trading. There are more questions raised while I know about forex for the first time.

Forex or FX is abbreviation from Foreign Exchange. Forex is foreign currency investment or forex investment that buying and selling foreign currency. However the practical of forex, we get the profit not only from buying or selling, but we also get the profit from the foreign currency value fluctuation. When the high fluctuation or foreign currency value increased, it is the time for forex trader getting the profit.

So, when the currency value cheap and there are indication for increasing, we buy that foreign currency. When the currency increased, we sell that foreign currency and get the profit from that increasing of currency value. When there are any indications of currency value decreased, we sell that foreign currency and sometimes we get loose out.

Buying and Selling? We have no product for buying or selling? In this case, forex broker has the important function. From the forex broker we borrow some foreign currency to start buying or selling.
